Bridge Town Sound could always use a helping hand, Interested?

The Portland Metro Chapter (OR) SPEBSQSA (affectionately known as Bridge Town Sound) is a legally incorporated 501(3)c non-profit. With a mission dedicated to preserving and educating the public about the unique american genre of barbershop music.

We accomplish this in many ways. Public singing engagements both free and for fee, Youth Harmony scholarships for members and non-members to regional harmony camps. Utilizing local youth talent on our annual shows and donations to area schools. With the help of music educators we send quartets into local schools to demonstrate and teach 4 part harmony and much more!

But as in any modern day undertaking it all comes at a cost. Much of the day to day operating funds come to the chapter via its public performances and from the actual members themselves. This puts a heavy burden on the performing entity and all the volunteers.

There are lots of ways that you or your company could help us continue our mission and expose our youth and the public in general to this fantastic artform.
